Chip’s sister watches over her shoulder as he leads her special friend outside with the two dead foals he hid from her. She was saddened, it was as much her fault as it was her mate’s, she should have been stronger for her children.
Now was not the time for those thoughts now she had start feeding her children. With a heavy groan she sat up revealing her milky place as her new borns latched on. Five babies, one more then she had hooves, three more then she had milky places. She didn’t worry her nurse friend would help feed and care.
Rocking the large earthie trying to calm him from loosing his ear, she took in his appearance. He muzzle was short and his face was wide, he had incredible dark grey fuzz covering his body with a large black birthmark on his rear.
Singing the comfort song ingrained in all fluffy Mama’s brains, she observed her other babies. Her unicorn daughter that matched the size of her earthie son was a deep purple blue with tiny aqua hairs atop her head, the smaller daughters a unicorn and earthie both twins with a pale pink coat, and lastly the favorite of her spouse a perfect mirror image.
Several minutes later they were all fed and resting, a few mares came over to ogle the chiroies. “Wotsa pwetty babbehs ou hab!” “Dat won am suuu biggie, babbeh wook wike Bawh!” She cooed with joy from all the positive praise they were receiving and just about ready to lay down and nap when she heard her special friend shriek.
The other mares heard it too all frozen ears angled towards the noise. Tears welled in her eyes hopefully her brother wasn’t to rough, the other mares started to chatter amongst themselves in an attempt to decrease tension.
“OOOOOH WOOK AWW DAH BABBEHS!” this shrill sugary voice snapped her away from her thoughts of her brother and mate. The voice belonged to a rather problematic bright pink unicorn named Caroline, she was a domestic runaway still wear a tattered blue bow from her human family!
“Cawowine hab biggest heawt happies fo ou, Cawowine wemembah Cawowine’s babbehs, Cawowine miss dem berry much!” Large crocodile tears formed in her eyes.
The moment she had her babies she just mad that they refused to saw hello to her, the next day she had to be dragged back to them for feeding because she was getting bored, in the end none survived and she was denied special hugs until she matured.
“Gasp!!! Dat am big pointy babbeh Cawowine wanna howd!!” In a moment she snatched up the large unicorn causing the other foals to topple away screaming and chirping! “Nuu babbeh am to widdwe, pwease, Cawowine Nuu!” Caroline gave a disgusted scowl.
" Babbeh am otay, Cawowine am GUD MUMMAH!!" Those last two words came out of her mouth with enough figurative venom it could have killed the whole herd. The mother was desperate to calm her children while the other mares pleaded with Caroline.
“Nuuu shaddup dummeh mummahs, Cawowine am bestest mummah wook.” She smushes the baby’s face into her teat in an attempt to make it feed, but with her different smell, lack of milk, and the terror the foal was experiencing all it did was flail and cheep.
“Dummeh Babbeh am bwokin, why ou nu dwink miwkies!” She was crying with frustration, the nurse mare approached her to try and rescue the baby but this only caused Caroline to panic. “Nuuu! Nu take babbeh gan! Cawowine am GUD MUMMAH! Babbehs gus am dummeh, babbeh nu knu how tu pway wight!” She rose to her hind legs holding the now screeching child above her.
“DUMMEH UGWI POOPIE WOWSTEST BABBEH!”
With her childish scream she threw the baby unicorn to the greenhouse tile floor were it collides with the tiniest of peeps face first.
A collective gasp almost sucks the air from the room. Caroline looks seeing her temper tantrum brought many on lookers and to her horror Chip. He was standing in front of her frozen in rage, biting his lower lip so hard blood dribbled from it forming a small puddle on the floor.
