You simply go to the community post here.
Then copy the link by right clicking the title of the post and then pasting it into your post.
You can post it within closed brackets and parentheses. Put the text you want X between closed brackets with the link Y between parentheses. No spaces.
Do it right and it will look like the below example and act as a link to the community post.
It’s now linked because of the example I did but now you can do it in the future.
