Quick World-Building Notes: The rise of the Fluffy was the Doom of the Yukkuri. The factory, once responsible for the popularity of the Yukkuri as pets, gladly replaced the supernatural manjuu with an entirely scientific product. Fluffy populations exploded, and the two species have never liked each other much. Fluffies out-bred and out-numbered yukkuri in every city, and besides a few prized pets, the species was mostly forced to flee into the wilds. A lone Fluffy is, however, no match for a single Yukkuri, let alone two.
I imagine this shit being narrated by Jim Dale, of Dirty Potter infamy.
Yeah, I’ve only recently discovered Fluffies, but they reminded me of something. I was never the biggest fan of Yukkuri abuse, but Fluffies have none of the possible redeeming traits some Yukkuri show.
