Time: idk I’m bad at tracking that cuz i just did a lil bit everyday after work
Frames: i have the first gif running (pun lol) at 12 frames so he’s zooming a bit faster, 24 frames on the solo gifs, 12 pictures total for each side

Honestly, to me he reads as a fluffy just fine. He has long fur on the torso with belly fur that’s been cut short, the front legs are no longer than his body is tall, he has no neck to speak of, and overall he has the proportions of a fluffy that’s been working out instead of just being a fat glob.
And if that last thing is enough to not be a fluffy, then we’re truly witnessing the death of creative freedom.
Just nail all of his hooves to some piece of wood - problem solved…
