Legally speaking, Hybrids do not exist and have no standing, even as property. Unofficially, of course they do. They have to be careful about showing their faces in public, because many people have made it clear they think Hybrids should not exist and kill them on sight if they can get away with it. Of course, this also means you can’t legally hold a Hybrid responsible for anything and a thriving market in Hybrid criminal and mercenary services exists.
