The blue foal says their mother is dead, so yeah, they are probably in a shelter, unless someone adopted them.

I don’t think Carpdime’s fluffies have the prejudice against brown foals, but I could be wrong.
If they do have that prejudice, brown is an odd color for a huggy toy.
