Difficult to tell how small these things are. Doesn’t look any different from a regular foal. If the feeding machine is the size of a chirpie micro then most of the text on the label won’t be readable to a human. The perspective on the the floor of the enclosure is wrong (gets cut off on the sides).

Got ourselves the Micro-Milkie Box now! (Looks like I’ll have to get to work on a new variant ~) Don’t worry, each Box comes with a free magnifying glass and little teeny funnel 
IRL, the Milkie Box was designed to be a 10in / 25cm cube, so, I would estimate the Micro-Milkie Box to be a 3in / 8.3cm cube for scale.
@Z05 would obviously have the final word, but having the micro FC be about 2in long seems in keeping with accepted micro dimensions (with regular FCs being a large size Chirpie anyway). 
You’d need to get pretty good at putting on tiny diapers with tweezers!
