He’ll probably draw a version where the foal has a harness body loop for the four legs and body of the foal. Probably complete with a chest mounted milk container/nipple so they dont starve while serving as an anchor and candy/something for the person in side saddlebag pouches.
Probably make it a pegasus so they can moon jump/flap around for extra cuteness too…
