I give it 5 more days before i can geolocate the bus stop.
This has a few possibilities:
Some dumbass let his soon-mummah mare run around the neighborhood, I guess
A mare ran away from home to get pregnant and is only now realizing the consequences of her actions
Purposely dumped and too stupid to realize her daddeh doesn’t want her
She got abducted from a backyard or something and thrown up there like an old football
