Well, the term “terminated” is more of a metaphor for an artist clearly not coming back to the fandom. Considering its been 9 years since KMEB left that message, I doubt he’ll ever came back. Its also to differentiate it from “Halted”, as I do hope (a little) that some artists will come back.
