I’m happy that I and Kitto hit it off, but taking care of a fluffy has its hurdles…
I don’t know much about fluffies, I know they come in different shapes and sizes, so I went to my computer to look up, how to take care of a fluffy, leaving Kitto in the living room to get used to his new surroundings.
“So, let’s see…” I muttered to myself, as I googled how to take care of a fluffy…
Basic’s:
Step 1, Make sure your fluffies have a room for themselves, with no way to get out.
Step 2, Make sure all outlets not in use have a protector on them.
Step 3, Make sure all sharp objects in the room are removed.
Step 5, Make sure they have a food and water source.
Step 6, Make sure they have a litterbox, or else you will regret it.
Step 7, Whatever you do, do NOT leave your fluffy alone in your house unattended.
I bolted out of the computer room after reading “Rule 7” and into the living room, only to see shit and piss everywhere.
“I would have thought the vet would have housebroken him before giving him to me,” I said to myself
“Kitto, where are you?” I shouted,
No response, so I started looking around, I eventually found him hiding under the couch.
“pwease dont gib kitto owwies daddeh, kitto sowwy, kitto couwd not howd it” Kitto whimpered,
“It’s fine, come out, you’re not in trouble” I responded
“daddeh pwomise?” Kitto asked,
“I promise,” I told him
Kitto finally had come out from under the couch, he was covered in shit and urine. I sighed and picked him up getting myself covered in shit.
“You see that box over there with the sand in it?” I asked him while pointing at the litterbox
Kitto Nodded
“That’s a litterbox, it where fluffies go to use the bathroom,” I told him while lowering him into the litterbox
“For now on, you use the litterbox, if I find out you pooped or peed outside of the litterbox, I’m gonna have to punish you, I don’t want to have to punish you, Kitto, got that?” I told him,
Kitto Nodded again,
“Okay, since we’re both dirty, why don’t we go take a bath?” I asked Kitto
Kittos face brightened up
“Kitto wub takin’ baths!” He said with a big smile on his face
I picked up Kitto, then went to the bathroom to get us cleaned up.
