“Gud den ebewythin’ am goin’ to pwan, just as attended. Do 'ou agwee gwandmastah?”
[A quote attributed to DarkWing]

It took his majesty about a week to return to Stablelot and to be honest during the time he was gone, I felt myself quite lost at Camp Driscoll. It was obvious both me and Dar were needed much here, there were already 6 instructors before we had arrived and every single one of them had weeks of experience. But even with all of that, Charles and Ix tried finding us things to do. Like the day after the restaurant visit, where I and Dar properly introduced ourselves to the recruits and gave our own opinion on what a Royal Guard was and there role to the Kingdom. Finally as news about Enoch’s return to Stablelot came to us, I had a message sent out saying we had returned and the mission was a successes but had to meet at once. Finally after a day of waiting we had gotten a response written by the King himself, me and Dar read it.

[-To Emily-Camp Driscoll
Dah entiwe nation owes ‘ou su many thanks fo’ what ‘ou hab done. Fwuffy shouwd be awwibin’ in stabwewot dah day aftah ‘ou weceibe dis wettew, an’ once fwuffy get dewe meet fwuffy at dah woyaw booff at dah awena at midday (yes fwuffy know odd choice of wocation buh since dah stabwewot wesidence am undah wenobations, it’s dah onwy secuwe pwace we cuwwentwy hab…) an’ we shaww discuss am jouwney.
-From Enoch Doe-StrongWing]
Dar speaks, tilting his head.
“It am quite dah odd wocation, I’d say…”
I speak as I fold up the letter and put it in my bag.
“Yeah, but damn. Emiwy thought she was goin’ to be coow about dis, buh am dah dwead about tewwin’ him comin’ back.”
Dar speaks, patting my back.
“'Ou’be been fwooh much wowse, Daw seen it. Nu wet dis feaw stahp 'ou, He’ww undewstand. Enoch just ain’t dah type to howd gwudges wike that.”
I speak, taking a long sigh.
“otay’, wet’s do dis.”

When it came time for us to head to the Arena, my fears had only seemed to get worse, my mind was now racing. what if I got stripped the my duties!? reacted so poorly he wanted to arrest me!? No I couldn’t let these thoughts stop me! Me and Dar say goodbye to the others and left Camp Driscoll, straight to the Arena. Once we got to the Arena it looked completely deserted, with us only seeing a sign at the front door.
[Arena activities postponed under King’s Orders]
Dar speaks, grabbing the door.
“Guess we just head inside?”
Just before I had a chance to respond a voice came from behind us.
“See 'ou finawwy awwibed!”
We turn to see Tethius smiling at us and he continues.
“It’s gud to finawwy see 'ou again!”
We both shakes Tethius’s hoove and Dar speaks with a friendly tone.
“Yeah, 'ou nu know how much we miss dis pwace!”
Tethius right after begins heading towards the door, speaking as he does.
“Come fowwow fwuffy, Enoch am inside. Teww us ebewything!”

Following Tethius up some stairs me and Dar spoke a bit of our adventure, but nothing to informative. Tethius speaks as we finish climbing one flight of stairs and begin to climb the next.
“sowwy about not usin’ dah woyaw stabwewot home, massibe deways in constwuction… Ugh idiots! buh that doesn’t mattew, ‘ou did am job. an’ actuawwy awso ‘ou got pwomoted fo’ it, congwatuwations woyaw commandews!”
A promotion!? (Damn this is going to be hard) Dar speaks, sounding happy.
“How gweat! did chawwes an’ icks aw-”
Tethius responds.
“Yes!”
Finishing the climb of the stairs I speak, almost needing to rest for second, I was so tired.
“Any mowe staiws?”
Tethius speaks, continueing to walk without looking.
“Just one mowe fwite an’ whewe dewe.”
Both me and Dar sigh and continue on.

Entering the Royal Booth, I felt the sunlight hit my face as I came into a small balcony. The place was lavishly decorated, with banners of orange and of beasts decorating the walls. Also there I saw Enoch, the stress of everything obvious on his face. Enoch was sitting at a small table with a warm steaming drink, and once he saw us he gave a warm smile and spoke.
“Emiwy, Daw!? Su gud to see ‘ou both! Come an’ sit.”
Finding a place to sit, I glimpse at the arena itself. It being a giant oval shape with what looked like thousands of seats above it. Enoch speaks.
“It’s been a wong monff fo’ aww of us, su what do 'ou hab to wepowt?”
Me and Dar begin explaining what had gone down (Making sure not to say anything about the DarkWing situation, I wanted to wait) And once we finished with the Madanak part of the story, Tethius spoke sounding rather neutral.
“Am sayin’ that bwute actuawwy wants peace? Do 'ou know if it couwd possibwy be a twap?”
Dar speaks.
“Madanak said he was comin’ hewe unawmed, said somethin’ about extinction.”
Everyone was now looking at Enoch, waiting for a response. After a few seconds of waiting Enoch spoke, taking a sip of the drink.
“If dey twuwy wan’ peace, Enoch am wiwwin’ to meet wiff Madanak when faww comes. Bewiebe me we nee’ as few enemies an’ compwications as possibwe wite nao.”
There is a few seconds of silence, than Enoch speaks again.
“continue.”

As we finished the story, the last part being about our journey back home. Tethius spoke sounding most pleased.
“It’s gud that things seemed to go smoothwy fo’ 'ou, nu sebewe incidents.”
Dar speaks.
“New owdews?”
Enoch speaks quickly, like he already knew what he would say.
“Stay at Camp Dwiscoww fo’ nao, untiw faww that am. Den Enoch wants dah boff of ‘ou to join me fo’ dis meetin’ wiff madanak, an’ once that am finished… ‘Ou wiww be on weabe fo’ dah cowd time, wetuwn to weabe fo’ Appawachia in spwing’.”
After speaking Tethius opened the door and spoke, his voice getting slightly dimmer as he left.
“Come, I’ww escowt 'ou out.”
I look at Dar and nod, he leaves. Now it was just be and Enoch alone, he notices me not leaving and speaks, taking another sip.
“Was dewe somethin’ 'ou wanted to say Emiwy?”
“Yeah…”

I opened my bag and took out the 100 year old will, speaking as I did.
“When Emiwy stawted hew jouwney, I found out somethin’ bewy pewsonaw that had been hidden…”
I sigh and continue.
“Emiwy feews that it was onwy faiw to wet 'ou know, I think 'ou hab dah wite. Dis was found in my famiwy home. Befowe, befowe it was buwned…”
Enoch’s face turns stone cold as he takes the Will and starts to read it. After around 20 seconds he puts it down and speaks clearly.
“Am famiwy wibed in that house fo’ dah entiwe 100-”
“Yeah…”
Enoch wipes his chin and puts the will down. I could feel my heart pounding as I waited for a response and than he finally spoke.

“Enoch doesn’t know what to say, dis news…”
Before I even had a chance to think of an reaction Enoch continues.
“‘Pu know, it doesn’t mattew, ‘ou nu did know any of dis an’ it isn’t wike my famiwy was much bettah. Enoch’s gwanddad twyin’ to usuwp dah fwone an’ kiwwin’ hundweds by bwowin’ up dah pawace, shouwd make us eben fo’ past actions of famiwy membews.”
Enoch gives a slight chuckle and I was speechless, he speaks.
“Do dah othews know about dis? Does Tethius?”
I force myself to speak.
“Dah othah guawds know, Tethius does not…”
Enoch speaks.
“Weww by othah Woyaw guawds 'ou mean quin, tethius am bound to weawn soon. Enoch wiww hab a chat wiff him.”
It seemed by Enoch’s body language he wanted me to leave, I speak confused.
“Am suwe, am not mad?”
Enoch hearing this goes up to me and speaks.
“Why wouwd Enoch be though? It’s unfaiw to judge a pewson based off dah sins of ones ancestows, an’ 'ou hab pwoben mowe den anyone to not be wike “that” ancestow.”
Enoch gives me a quick hug, speaking one last time.
“Buh stiww, ‘ou’d bettah keep dis a secwet. At weast fo’ nao, dismissed.”
I nod and leave, feeling a heavy burden lifted from my chest. Fin
