Alright then. But before I get started with that story I want to know that the policy is for ‘enfie babbehs’ because it’s gonna be relevant.

Another idea I had was about a hobo finding a hidden community or ‘city’ of fluffies hidden in an old tunnel network out the outskirts of a town. It’s a group of thousands of fluffies throughout the network, using it as shelter from heat and rain. It doesn’t have buildings but a lot of fluffy herds have their own spaces.
Wondering how to further develop the details of this ‘city.’

Yep. But broadly speaking, people use it to refer to bad mothering. Having a favourite baby, denying milk to bad colours or alicorns, other mistreatment.

Not much. It’s usually hyper aggressive behavior to protect or provide for foals. Especially if the mother sires her first litter too early.
