Entry for: Octoberthon Marathon Prompt #5
“Mauwice am tewwing ou! Dey hab dis gween no fwuff, a-am biiiig bwack see pwaces! Dey took Mauwice into da b-big space ship and put fings in poopie pwace!” Maurice said to his friends who were swapping Halloween candy.
They looked at him confused as if unable to comprehend what he was saying. Obviously they had no clue what kinda drug he must have taken before one of them said,
“Mauwice, am ou jus wying to fwuffies again?” “Yea dis sounds fake. Sowwy Mauwice.”
He watched as his friends took their candy baskets and went about their night, trying to hit a few more houses with their humans before turning in for the night. Maurice could only watch in dismay as his friends didn’t believe him. He was inebriated, he KNEW it happened!
“B-but…Mauwice nu am wying…”
Maurice rejoined his human who had been worried about him all while two aliens were typing stuff down. Their reports were on the strange creature they had caught studies and released back. They had concluded that Earth was incredibly fucked if these things lived on it.
