The right & proper way to make a huggyfluff is merely to amputate the hind legs. Voice is beside the point, fluffies hallucinate their playthings talking on a regular basis anyway. Of course, picking an already humbled poopie fluff is always a good idea, in reducing the chance that a dummeh huggyfluff be insufficiently objectified.
Full paralysis is really only good for increasing the other fluffs suffering… ah, right, sorry about that, please carry on.

YOU SEE THAT! thats why you dont ever look after/care for or feed a poopie, its given a new home and new freind to hug all day long and all its cost him is his mobility and his speech and LOOK has to not only shit itself but all over his new freind toys, im calling it that was on purpose he knows what hes doing
