Seuwat wuvs yu! [by MEY]

Thorn looked out of his nestie and watched as bwight time came. The big ball of bright light was going up and the sky was such a lovely light blue. It was a calm, peaceful bwight time, but Thorn only felt nervous, as he knew it was time to find nummies.

Leaving his nestie, Thorn took a deep breath and enjoyed the nice smell that always filled the air. He didn’t know what it was, but it always smelled so nice and helped him calm down, so he didn’t really care. Plus there were much more important things in his thinky place.

Outside his nestie, there were many Fwuffies making walkies. All Pointy Fwuffies like him. Pointy Fwuffies am gud Fwuffies. Fwuffies wit nu pointy an nu wingie am bad Fwuffies. Wingie Fwuffies am munstah. Those were the wordies of hewd weadew, Seuwat, and wordies that Thorn knew to be true. In the many foebahs that Thorn was alive, the only good Fwuffies he had ever known were Pointy Fwuffies.

He followed these Fwuffies. Like him, they were nummie findews and they were all current gathering at the Castwe Doorsie. A big doorsie that pwotected the hewd from the munstahs and bad Fwuffies that lived outside the Castwe. Thorn didn’t actually know what a Castwe was. Same for many of the oddah Fwuffies, even the big Fwuffies when he was still a babbeh, but it had something to do with the walls around them. These walls that protected the babbehs, the Fwuffies, the nesties and the nummie pile. Honestly, Thorn didn’t care. Seuwat said that the Castwe pwotected the hewd and that was all that mattered. Thorn was a nummie findew and nummie finding was all that was important.

Looking around, he watched as the other nummie findews grouped up with their usual nummie findew fwens. Thorn looked around for his own fwens: Speaw and Spike. He found Speaw eating some nummies from the hewd nummie pile and ran over to greet his fwen with a smile.

“Gud bwight time, Speaw!” Thorn proclaimed with a smile.

“Gud… Bwight time” Speaw replied, as he nummed on some bewwies.

Thorn looked around in confusion.

“Wewwe Spike?” Thorn asked.

Speaw shrugged as he looking around

“Pwob stiww sweepies wit Needwe” Speaw replied.

Thorn shook his head in disappointment, before nodding slightly.

“Wets gu gib Spike wakies” Thorn said with a resigned sigh.

Thorn and Speaw went to Spike’s nestie, finding him asleep with his specaw fwen, Needwe.

“WAKIES!” Thorn shouted

“EEP!” Cried out both Spike and Needwe cutely, as the both scrambled onto their weggies, making scaredy poopies on their nestie.

“Y Thown mak shouties!?” Spike cried out in dismay.

Thorn just grinned. Neddwe stepped forward and looked at the scardey poopies on their nestie and pouted slightly, causing Thorn and Speaw to giggle.

“Nu waughies” Needwe retorted “Thown mak Needwe and Spike mak bad poopies on nestie”

Thorn stuck his tongue out cheekily, then bowed down in apology.

“Sowwi Needwe, bu Spike nee wakies. It nummie find time”

Needwe rolled her see places then grinned, nodding in agreement.

“Otay. Otay. Gu!” She ordered.

Thorn and Speaw nodded, as Needwe nuzzled Spike.

“Be cawefuw in fowest, specaw fwen” Needwe said to Spike

“Dun wowwy” Spike replied “Am awways cawefuw”

Needwe rolled her eyes then smiled and then she looked Thorn and Speaw.

“Yu tu be cawefuw tu!”

“YUS!” Thorn and Speaw cried out in unison.

Thorn, Speaw and Spike made walkies to the Castwe Doorsie and noticed that all the other nummie findews had already left, but there was still one other Fluffy by the doorsie: Skewew, a Toughie who protected the doorsie.

“Thown, Speaw n Spike stiww hewe!?” Skewew asked in surprise

“Spike am stiww sweepies wen ebwey Fwuffy hewe” Speaw explained.

Skewew rolled his see place, while Spike looked away embarssed.

“Spike jus wike sweepies dat aww” Spike explained

Thorn, Speaw and Skewew laughed, as Spike pouted slightly, then soon Spike began laughing as well.

“Otay otay” Skewew said “Iz fin, onwy wittle watesie. Weady tu gu?”

“Weady!” Thorn, Speaw and Spike cried out in unison.

Skewew nodded, walking into a small housie with a big red circle. He gave the circle sowwi hoofies and the doorsie began to open. Thorn had always wondered how that worked, but it was something only Seuwat knew and he didn’t want to bother Seuwat with such a small question. He was a nummie findew and finding nummies was the only thing he needed to do. He waited with Speaw and Spike fo the doorsie to open fully and looked at Skewew with a smile.

“Stay safies, hewd nee nummies bu nee yu Fwuffies mo” Skewew reminded them “And awways wememba, Seuwat wuvs yu!”

“Seuwat wuvs yu!” Thorn, Speaw and Spike replied in unison.

Spike wandered the fowest energetically, with Thown and Speaw behind. Unlike those two, Spike had only gone to find nummies a couple of times, so the fowest still filled him with wonder and joy. All the twees and the calming noisies. Wandering the fowest awways gave him as many heawt happies as a belly full of nummies, especially because he knew that he was on an important mission to find nummies for the hewd. Spike loved being a nummie findew. He loved his hewd. He loved his specaw fwen.

“Be cawefuw Spike” Thown reminded him “Nu runsie tu faw, nee tu stik wit fwens”

Spike looked back and pouted slightly in annoyance, but nodded in agreement. Thown liked to tell Spike what to do a lot and it certainly was irksome, but Thown was a big Fwuffy when Spike was stiww a babbeh, so Spike knew that Thown was a smawtew. Awways wisten tu oldah Fwuffies that was what he was taught as a babbeh and he had no reason to think otherwise. Spike just wished that they could find mo babbehs, so that he could be an oldah Fwuffy too, but for now he just needed to find nummies.

Wandering pass some moving wawa, bushes and trees, Spike climbed up a small hill and looked out at the fowest. The sights filling him with awe. So many pwetty cowows and so many twees. He looked around and saw the Castwe, at the center of the fowest. A very big tree, with tall wawws pwotectin the nestie. It still filled him with awe every time that Seuwat had built that. Seuwat was truly specaw, and Spike could only wish to be like when he got owdew, though honestly he would also be okay if he was just as smawt as Thown or Speaw.

Spike loved his nummie findew fwens and looked at them with pride. From his hill he could see other nummie finding fwens in the distant wandering the fowest. It made Spike proud to be one of them. He felt important. More trees and in the far distance, he could see the big waww. The really big waww. It was much bigger than the Castwe waww. The Fwuffies called it the Biggest Waww. Spike had never actually seen the Biggest Waww up close, but Thown did and he said that it was so biggie that Thown could only see a wittle bit of the sky when he looked up. That sounded so amazing, and Spike wanted to see the Biggest Waww up close, but Thown said only when Spike was oldah, Spike couldn’t wait, but first he needed to focus on nummie findin.

“Spike nu see nummies!” Spike shouted.

He looked down from the hill to see Thown looked at him with an annoyed pout. He wondered if he did something wrong as he rushed down, and only he realized when he reached Thown.

“Sowwi!” Spike cried out in a panic.

Thown hit him on the head with a hoofies. Not a hard sowwi hoofies, just a light tap, because he was being a dummeh, and Spike knew it.

“Nu shoutie, Spike” Thown scolded.

“Sowwi sowwi” Spike said softly “Nu mean tu, ju hab su many heawt happies”

“Spike nee wememba woud noisie mak munstah com, otay?”

“Otay” Spike said glumly

Thown sighed and suddenly nuzzled Spike, making Spike feel better.

“Spike sowwi” Spike said with a small smile.

“Dat otay” Thown replied “Spike ju nee wememba”

Spike nodded and noticed Speaw sniffing the air.

“Speaw smeww some ting?” Spike asked.

Speaw nodded “Speaw tink smeww nummies… Wots n wots of nummies”

“Wead da way” Thown ordered.

Spike followed excitedly as Speaw wandered around. His smeww pwace was wiggling and Spike tried to smeww as well. He caught the scent of bewwies.

“Spike smeww bewwies!” Spike exclaimed excitedly.

He felt a boop to his smeww pwace and Thown was looking at him, pouting with annoyance.

“Nu shouties, wememba?” Thown said

“Sowwi sowwi” Spike replied with a sheepish grin.

Thown rolled his see pwace with a smile, then nod.

“Gu Spike, fin nummies” Thown ordered.

He didn’t have to say that twice, Spike immediately raced for the scent. It was coming form some hole in the wocks. A wock nestie. He scrambled in, down a small hole and there it was a nummie piwe. The thing that all nummie findews were looking for. A nestie filled with bewwies, mushwoom, weaves and other yummy nummies, but there was something different about this nummie piwe. For some reason, there were fwuffy babbehs.

Spike walked up closer and inspected them carefully. The babbehs were all Pointy Fwuffies, like Spike, Thown and Speaw. He had never seen this before and he turned around, looking at Thown in confusion as Thown and Speaw walked down the hole

“Thown, Speaw dewwe am pointy babbehs in nummie piwe” Spike announced.

Thown and Speaw both froze on the spot, both staring at Spike with wide see pwaces and then Speaw immediately came running down, looking around in a panic. It was making Spike nervous and he began feeling scaredy as Thown approached.

“Wat… Wat wong?!” Spike cried out in fear.

“Nu noisie” Thown suddenly said.

Spike quickly covered his talkie place with his fwont hoofies, as Thown stared at the nummie piwe. The way Thown and Speaw were acting was definitely making Spike really scawed, so scawed that he could feel scaredy poopies coming, but he tried to be bwave and keep the poopies in.

“Wu… Wut wong” Spike whispered.

Thown was looking at the babbehs and nodded.

“Spike nee kee calm… Thown seen dis befo. Ib Fwuffy babbehs in nummie piwe… Den dis am wingie munstah nestie”

Spike stared at Thown in horror, as his thinky pwace began to scream. It felt hard to mak bweathsie, as he realized that he was in a wingie munstah nestie, and Thown seemed to notice.

“Spike nee keep calm. Mak swow bweathies”

Spike nodded and tried to do as Thown said, but it was hard, because all Spike could think about where the scawy stories that the oddah Fwuffies told him about the wingies munstah. The moved about so quickly that you could never see them, unless they wanted to you to see them. They had teethies so sharp that could num a weggie off in one go. So stwong that they could drag you around. However, worst of all was the fact that very few Fwuffies in the hewd actually met the wingie munstah, because most Fwuffies that met the wingie munstahs, ended up having foebah sweepies.

A chill ran down Spike’s spine from that last point. He didn’t want foeabh sweepies. He didn’t want his adventures to end. He was still having so much fun being a nummie findew with Thown and Speaw. He had so many things he wanted to do with his hewd. He still wanted to spend the darkie times nuzzling his specaw fwen and whispering how much he wuved her.

“SPIKE NU WAN FOEBAH SWEEPIES!” Spike cried out in a panic.

Thown was going to say something, but Spike was too panicked to listen, he immediately bolted out of the wock nestie as fast as his weggies could take him.

“Spike nu wun way!” He heard Thown scream.

Spike wanted to listen to Thown but he had too many scawdies. He didn’t want foebah sweepies! He still wanted to live, pway and wuv. So he ran. He ran as fast as his weggies could take him in the direction he thought the Castwe was. He ran as fast as he possibly could and not once did he look back.

“Nu wan foebah sweepies! Nu wan foebah sweepies!” Spike cried out as he ran.

Hmmm HN Hmm HN Hn hn Hmm HN Hn hn Hmmm hn HM hnnnn

Spike froze, as a soft melody filled the air. A songie with no wordies. Only humming noisies. It sounded so nice in his heaw pwaces, but Spike only felt dread. He knew what this was. The Oddah Fwuffies told him. It meant that the wingie munstah was near.

Rustle rustle

Spike head turned to a bush. The leaves shaking about as something moved inside. Spike couldn’t move. He was paralyzed with fear and there was only one thing he could think to do.

“Pw… Pwease… Nu… Nu huwtie Spike” Spike pleaded

I did it… mmmmyyyyyy way

From the bush he saw see places looking at him. Wawa began to fall down Spike’s see pwaces, as scardey poopies and peepees left his body.

Something lunged at him, but all Spike saw was sharp teeth.

SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Thorn looked out from the wock nestie in fear. He recognized that voice. It was Spike. He needed to go find him. Thorn quickly moved to exit the nestie, but then he stopped and looked back. Speaw had the babbehs in his fwont weggies still trying to calm them down after Spike’s screams had scared them. Thorn wanted to go save Spike, but right now it was more important to bring these babbehs back to the hewd, and they needed to be caweful as the munstahs were out there.

Thorn approached Speaw and looked at the babbehs. They were all chirpy babbehs. Too small to understand what was going on, so he needed to be smawt. Thorn looked around the nestie, trying to find something to keep them inside. Like a baggie or sorts. He had seen them from time to time, heck they had some at the Castwe, but it was currently being used by other nummie findews.

From the corner, he saw another nestie and he brushed the weaves aside hoping to find a baggie, but he was only left in horror when he saw what the nestie held. More Fwuffy babbehs, chirping and coo-ing softly, but Thorn could only frown.

“Munstah babbeh” Thorn said with a sigh.

These babbehs looked just the like babbehs in his hewd, cute and lovable, but unfortunately they all had wingies, so Thorn knew what he needed to do.

Squish. Squelch. Squeal

Thorn crushed munstah babbehs with his hoofies, cringing as he felt their bodies pop, and their booboo juice splatter against his fur. Their agonized cries were painful to hear and the sight of them flailing about helpless, made Thorn want to cry. He hated doing this, but he knew that it needed to be done, because if these babbehs grew up, they would become munstahs. Unfortunately, one was still alive and had managed to evade his stomps.

“Thown hatechu! Hatechu!” Thorn cried out with wawa in his see pwaces.

Squelch

The munstah babbeh bursted as all his boo boo juice and insides came pouring out. Thorn made some sickie wawa because he was so disgusted, but he calmed down when he noticed Speaw putting the pointy babbehs on his back. There was no time for heawt hurties, it was time to bring the babbehs bac to the hewd.

Thorn approached Speaw and patted down Speaw’s fur, trying to make a little nestie in the fur, so that the babbehs were a little more comfortable and a little more secure, especially if they needed to run. Then he told Speaw the plan.

“Thown am fwont. Speaw fowwow. Ib munstah com…”

“Speaw wun as fast as weggies can” Speaw interjected “Nu go bac fo babbehs dat dwop, just nee bwing som to hewd”.

Thorn nodded and pressed his forehead against Speaw. Of course they both knew what to do. They were both oldah nummies findews taught by the nummie findew before them. It was better for a Fwuffy to bring some babbehs to the hewd, then no Fwuffy and no babbehs. This was what Seuwat taught them. The two took deep bweathies and then Thorn huffed slightly.

“Wet gu” Thown ordered.

Spear followed behind Thown. They were back out in the fowest making slow walkies. The fowest was quiet but there were occasional Fwuffy screams. Thown seemed fine despite all this, walking cawefully but quickly. However, Spear was scared. This was not the first time he had been out nummie hunting when the Wingie munstahs were out, but he never really met them much. He had heard them humming before, but had never seen a wingie munstah, only what the other Fluffies told him.

Thown had seen one before, back when he was still a young nummie findew, said he watched one of the oldah nummie findew get taken away. He said it was so fast, but he saw that it was a Fwuffy and he saw that it had wingies. Thown said it was the last time he saw his fwen. Spear didn’t want that. He too still wanted to live. To have fun talkies and pwaying with fwens. To eat good nummies. To find a specaw fwen. He was so scared and he wanted to run so badly, but he could feel the babbehs on his back and he knew that he had to be stwong and bwave. He needed to bring them back to the hewd.

“Speaw otay” Thown whispered.

Speaw looked at Thown briefly startled, but regained his composure and nodded slightly.

“Am otay, Thown” Speaw replied calmly.

Thown nodded and continued walkies slowly, but then there was a noise and both of them froze.

Hmmm HN Hmm HN Hn hn Hmm HN Hn hn Hmmm hn HM hnnnn

The two looked to their right. The humming was coming from that direction. Thown looked back at Spear with scardies in his see place, and Spear could only nod nervously as he made a silent gulp. Both kept low and started crawling slowly. Quietly moving. He was only thankful that the babbehs on his back had not yet made any noisie

Hmmm HN Hmm HN Hn hn Hmm HN Hn hn Hmmm hn HM hnnnn

Spear stared at Thown with wide see places and looked to his left, as he realized that there were two wingie munstahs. He froze on the spot, trying his very best to keep all his scardey poopies and peepees inside, but he couldn’t move anymore, he had far too many scardies to do so and Thown seemed to realize this.

“Speaw nee be bwave” Thown whispered “Nee mak walkies fo babbeh”

Spear tried to nod, but he was just so scared. The two wingie munstahs were still humming and he felt that even one step would alert them. He didn’t want foebah sweepies. He didn’t want to be nummies.

Rustle rustle

Spear stared at the moving bush in horror and Thown was just as scared. A little bit of scaredy poopies came out of Spear, staining his fur, but that was the least of his worries. Both him and Thown just looked at the bush with fear. Neither able to make a single step.

Something came out. It was Spike. Spear felt a brief relief, until he noticed something. There was boo boo juice and part of Spike’s face had been ripped. Spike had wawa in his see places and when he saw the two he began to crawl out.

“He… Hewp Spike!” Spike cried out.

I… Did it… Myyyyyy… way

Spear looked at Thown and Thown closed his see places, making a deep bweathies.

“WUN!” Thown screamed.

SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Spear watched as Spike was dragged back into the bush and Spear bolted as fast as his weggies could take in. Running passed Thown, he began to run, Run, RUN.

Past a tree

WUN!

Up some wockies

WUN!

Pass some moving wawa

WUN! WUN! WUN!

Spear ran and ran until his weggies could run no more. He stopped on the spot making heavy bweathies. He wanted to make sickie wawa, but at least he could not hear the munstahs.

He turned back to check on Thown, but much to his horror Thown was gone.

Thorn was making a mad dash across the forest, running as fast as possible. He had been following Spear and watching with distress as babbehs fell behind him. Thorn try and save some, but he knew that he had to keep running. He could see some of the bushes on one side rustling, and the same for the bushes on another side. The munstahs were following him.

He looked forward and realized that he had no idea where Speaw had gone, but he took comfort in this. The munstahs were following him, not Speaw and the babbehs. That was good, so Thorn suddenly stopped and ran the opposite direction, away from Speaw. Fortunately the munstahs followed. The sounds of the bushes rustling indicated that, and Thorn began to run even faster.

He kept running until his weggies began to act and stopped as he tried to catch his breath. He looked around and he couldn’t see the munstahs. He felt a little bit of heawt happies, at the notion that he might have managed to lose them.

Hmmm HN Hmm HN Hn hn Hmm HN Hn hn Hmmm hn HM hnnnn

His heawt sank, as he realized that they were still nearby. However, they were humming, so they had not found him yet. He needed to be careful. Crawl away and…

Yes there were times… I’m sure you knew…

When I bit off, more than I could chew…

But through it all, when there was doubt…

I ate it up and spit it out…

I faced it all…

And I stood tall…

And did it mmmmyyyyyy way
And did it mmmmyyyyyy way
And did it mmmmyyyyyy way

Thorn remained frozen with fear, as he realized that there were three munstahs and they were making singies from all sides. He looked around, but he couldn’t see them. There were bushes and trees all around. They could be anywhere, and there was no movement.

He span around nervously, trying to catch even the slightest hint of movement, as his heawt began to beat so fast. He knew that this was it and that he was going to have foebah sweepies. He was probably going to be nummed by the munstah, just like so many other Fwuffies in his hewd… BUT not without a fight.

“THOWN GIB MUNSTAH WORSTEST HOOFIES!” Thorn screamed. .

A sudden rush of anger had given Thorn the courage to stand tall. He knew that he was gonna hab foebah sweepies, but if he could even give one of the munstahs foebah sweepies then at least he managed to save his hewd from one munstah. He snorted angrily, stomping his hooves on the ground, as he puffed his cheeks as widely as he could. Suddenly he saw movement from one of the bushes and he turned to face the bush, making a quick snort as he gave the ground sowwi hoofies and made the biggest angry pout he ever could.

“DAT WITE!” Thorn shouted “THOWN AM GIB WORSTEST HURTIES TU MUNSTAH!”

The bushes kept moving and Thorn waited angrily. He didn’t understand why they had not yet come out. What were they waiting for? Come out and fi…

He felt many pointy pains in his back weggies. He turned around to see a Fwuffy numming his weggie. White fur. Wingies. It sharp teeth sunk into his flesh, and with it all Thorn’s fighting spirit left, as he made bad poopies, but the bad poopies did not hit the munstah, the munstah had moved to the side, his back weggie still in its mouthie, as it began to drag Thorn, and whatever courage Thorn had left was gone. Only panic and fear remained.

“NU HUWT FWUFFY!” Thorn screamed in anguish “NU WAN FOEBAH SWEEPIES!”

The munstah had began to pull his weggies, dragging him into a bush, as another munstah bit into his other back weggie. It was the same as the first munstah. White fur with wingies.

“STAPH! STAPH!” Thorn screamed.

The two munstahs began dragging him into the bush, and Thorn felt a little bit of fight come back. He tried to drag himself forward with his front weggies.

“PWEASE NU! THOWN NU AM NUMMIES! WAN WIVE! WAN WIVE!”

He tried to kick the two munstahs away, but they had a tight grasps of his weggies. Suddenly he heard something coming towards him from the front. He turned forward just in time to see a blur of white.

The last thing he would feel was sharp teeth sinking into his neck.

Spear came back to the Castwe with the worstest heawt hurties and wawa in his see pwace, and he wasn’t alone. There were alot of other Fwuffies who looked miserable like him. Tired and dirty, and there were many Fwuffies missing. Spear knew that they had foebah sweepies.

Skewew came rushing up to him in concern and so did Needwe.

“Speaw am otay?” Skewew asked with concern.

“Wewwe Spike?” Asked Needwe with worry.

Spear looked down in shame, as wawa fell from his see place.

“Am sowwi, Needwe” Spear said softly “Spike hab… Spike hab foebah sweepies".

Needwe looked horrified and began to cry, as she ran back to her nestie. Some of the Fwuffies rushed after her with concern. Spear looked down in shame, as Skewew nuzzled him.

“Wat bout Thown?” Skewew asked.

Spear shook his head “Speaw nu kno… Speaw wun n wun n… N… Wen Speaw wook backies, Thown nu behind Speaw… N… N… Speaw sowwi! Speaw am worstest Fwuffy!”

Spear broke down in tears from the guilt of abandoning his fwen. Not just any fwen. Thown was pretty much his bestest fwen and he had run away. He had let his bestest fwen num by munstahs and did nothing to save him, and it really made him feel like the worstest Fwuffy.

Cheep cheep cheep

Spear looked at his back and much to his surprise, there were still two babbehs left. He had thought that they were all gone after he had started running. It gave him some heawt happies. Even if he left Thown, at least he did what Thown said and brought the babbehs back to the hewd, and he noticed Skewew looking at him with a smile.

“Speaw am gud Fwuffy” Skewew stated “Speaw bwing babbehs to hewd”.

Speaw sniffled a bit, but nodded to Skewew with thanks, and he nuzzled his fwen in appreciation.

“Speaw gu hab nummies n west, Skewew bwing babbehs to Seuwat” Skewew said.

Spear shook his head.

“Iz otay… Speaw bwing babbehs”

Skewew nodded and stepped aside, and Spear headed off to meet Seuwat, up a long stairs to a housie in the big tree, as he walked up another Fwuffy came down. Speaw recognized him. It was Penciw, and Penciw stared back at him with a frown.

“Speaw found babbehs?” Penciw asked.

Spear nodded and showed the babbehs on his back.

“Onwy two?!” Penciw exclaimed in dismay “Penciw foun twee babbehs”

Spear looked away in annoyance. He did not understand why Penciw always did this. Always say stuff like this with that smug grin. It was seriously irritating, but Spear was in no mood for a talkie fight this bwight time, so he simply rolled his see places and continued mak walkies up the stairs.

“Wewwe Thown n Spike?” Penciw asked

“Foebah sweepies” Spear replied coldly.

Penciw frowned and walked away silently.

“Penciw gun miss Thown” Penciw admitted.

Spear said nothing, as he continued walking up the stair. Up to a small housie and through a small doorsie. Inside were the three Fwuffies: Head weadew Seuwat and head toughies: Pisawo and Anwand.

“Speaw?” Pissawo said.

“Speaw found tyu nyu babbehs in munstah nummie piwe n… Thown n Spike… hab… foebah sweepies”.

Spear lowered his head down in shame, still feeling guilty that he was alive, while Thown and Spike were not, but Anwand nuzzled him.

“It otay Speaw. Thown and Spike hab foebah sweepies, bu Speaw awive, n bwing nyu babbehs. It otay”

Spear looked at Anwand gratefully, as Anwand looked back with a small smile, but Spear also noticed wawa in Anwand’s see places. Meanwhile Pisawo had removed the babbehs from Spear’s back.

“Seuwat nu talkies dis bwight time, su babbehs sweep n hab dwink fwom miwkie poow wayter… Speaw gu hab nummies n sweepies” Pisawo ordered.

Spear nodded and watched as Pisawo put the babbehs next to some other babbehs. All pointy babbehs. Then he looked at Seuwat. A pointy Fluffy who sat in a boxie with a nu see walls. Seuwat see places were always closed and his fwont hoofies were always together like he was clapping, but Seuwat saw ebeting and he did ebeting. Spear had no idea what that meant, but that was what the oldah Fwuffies used to tell him when he was a babbeh. The oldah Fwuffies used to tell Spear many things about Seuwat that Spear didn’t understand. However, Spear knew that Suewat was a very specaw Fwuffy.

Seuwat was part of the first pointy Fwuffy who first made the hewd. That was so many foebahs ago, and Seuwat was the one who made this Castwe. Seuwat pwotect the hewd by using his Fwuffy magic to make the munstahs run away from the castle and Seuwat mak the miwkies to feed the babbehs, because none of the Fwuffies in the hewd could make miwkies, even the girl Fwuffies. Seuwat was truly specaw and like he had been taught, Spear bowed in respect.

“Seuwat wuvs yu!” He proudly proclaimed.

“Seuwat wuvs yu!” Pisawo and Anwand replied.

Spear offered Pisawo and Anwand a polite nod, before leaving Seuwat’s housie. The heawt hurties of losing Thown and Spike were still there, but they were not so bad anymore, as the those three words rang in Spear’s thinky place Seuwat wuvs yu. Even after he had left Thown and Spike to have foebah sweepies and was only able to bring two babbehs and no nummies, Seuwat still loved him and it just gave Spear the biggest heawt hurties.

Once Seuwat gave the babbeh nyu namies and once they were big enough to num nummies, Spear decided that he would be an oldah Fwuffy to a couple of them. Teach them how to be nummie findews and tell them stories about Thown, Spike and the munstahs. He would tell them the things oldah Fwuffies had told them, both about Seuwat and the munstahs, and when they became big Fwuffies and could be nummie findew fwens, then maybe he could pwotect dem like Thown did.

He looked at the sky. It was stiww bwight time, and he could see that some of the Fwuffies had gathered. Seems that some of them stiww wanted to find nummies, even after the munstah.
