The Grand Choice [Part 1] (Wubbabunga)

The weak shall stand, the strong shall fall, lest the choice choose the fate of all. Be it fate, or choice of mind, all shall fall to the wheels that grind. Those are the words a wandering herd follows with all their might, despite barely understanding it. The smarty, who is of the few members of the herd who can read, interprets it to his choice. He believes that all members of the herd are equal. His closest toughie however, believes that only those who survive the “wheels” are true fluffies. As they trek on, the herd discovers what seems to be a small sanctuary. However, they avoid it, as they know what happens to the fools who fall for the trap. “Smawtie?” The Toughie instigates conversation with the smarty. “Yes, Bowduw?” The smarty responds, guessing the question before its asked. “Why does da hewd have to keep mobing? Aww ouw hoofies huwt, and the babbehs can barely follow.” The smarty stares off into the distance. “We hab to wun fwom da wheews, you know dat, right?” The toughie nods. A mare stumbles up to them, foals upon her back. Panic in her voice, she tells the smarty of the threat approaching. “Smawtie, bad fwuffy hewd incombing!” They all rush into action, surrounding pregnant mares, mothers, and foals in a tight ring, toughies blocking any paths towards them. The two herds face off, preparing for battle. The rival smarty emerges from thier midst, a small, colbalt blue male. Our bright Lime green smarty appears like a giant next to him. “Dis am Smawties wand naow, so weabe dis pwace.” Despite planning on leaving, our smarty feels that it is his duty to make sure this herd deserves the spot. “Weww den, you hab to fight fwuffy fow dis wand, got it?” The smarty nods, and the two prepare to fight. The tussle begins, and the smaller fluffy darts between his opponents legs, biting his ankles. Our fluffy, however, doesn’t even flinch and kicks his enemy. The blow sends the small fluffy flying, ending the fight.

You do realize, of course, that every strength is also a weakness, and every weakness also a strength.

Eh, it’s poetic enough for a prophecy in my opinion
