Funny how invading a barn makes it your home, protected by rite of invitation. Seems like the farmer could have just invited whoever he wanted into his barn.

As long there is a being or anything alive the rule apply , if it was just farm animals for example only the farmer can invite the draaks as only human or any speaking beings can break the seal.

As long as a building is been occupied, but if its an abandon building Draaks are free to enter and make is as their own home.

Yup, as suspected, Drakks is a Lesser Elder One. Bound to ancient spells and codes, and having none of the power to counteract them, Drakks is a bit limited to what it can do. I can’t wait to see the Jellenmancer Specialist in his elements!
