alright, I think this is a massive improvement. Thanks to Carnivorous Duck for drawing my fluffy in the comments section. I don’t know why but seeing him drawn by someone else made things click in my head. one of my problems was I was trying to do an almost complete side profile. I couldn’t imagine fluffies from the side for some reason. then it clicked, most fluffies aren’t drawn from a full side angle, even when it would make sense. they just look somewhat derby if you do that. and I was trying to convey fluffiness by making the body a cloud. The natural curving of lines from using a mouse already makes him look soft and squishable, I just had to work on texture. I am getting more ideas on how to improve now. hope you like it. As always, criticism is welcome.
Yeah if you keep improving like this you’ll be pretty much up to snuff in no time

Better be careful @Holyterror if you dont put your name in the post… then i guess YOU cant follow the rules, we’ll have to take your weggies. 
Jokes aside much better one thing id suggest is perhaps experiment with head shapes making it a lil bigger would give you a chance to add more details such as a lil snout or pig nose or squished cheeks tear stains etc.
And once your comfortable could try adding the stumps though him being a nugget is hilarious
The over all detail is better and starting to look more like a fluff, however the ears look more horn like to me rather than ears.
Edit: perhaps to display theyre ears they could shift with his emotions, downard when sad, up when excited pointed towards something when alerted etc.
Fluffs are abominations of dna so as long as its “generally” equine/pig so any trait that doesnt make it unfluffy is generalilly allowed
(though horse actually do this with their ears to a degree.)

ugh this is so fucked up i love it. i’d say keep the tail for in the panels for consistency reasons
I mean you “could” reason the tail is tucked under the fluff due to depression and only leaves the fluff due to “heart happies”

It takes patience. Lots and lots of patience, lots and lots of looking at references and taking notes. Lots of undo and adjustments.
No offense but i thought you were a troll posing as an artist at first, now i’m thinking differently. Because this reminds me of when i myself first started learning to draw.
