I’m also thinking that the maker community (3d printers, Raspberry Pi, etc) probably has a ton of possibilities for disabled fluffs. Certainly, folks are doing cool things for dogs and cats.

A floating seat, kind of like a baby walker, would work well.
Or some sort of gyroscopically stabilized bowl.
