You are a black and white tuxedo Pegasus foal for the first time in your young life you have left your nest and headed to Top Land in search for food to feed the rest of your family. something you started to regret now that you were up here was to ask your mummah for more context on Top Land you only knew a few things first is that to help you find food I must seek out Merlin my Mummahs bwuddah second is that he is somewhere in The Green Roof and third is that your Daddeh is lost somewhere in top Land. Who knows maybe he was at The Green Roof and you can help him find his way home. You felt pretty chilly to up here their were to vents or exhaust pipes to keep you warm up you didnât mind to much since the fresh air and bright ball in the sky made you feel pretty good. after a short walk down the alley you saw it The Green Roof you were pretty awestruck by how easy it was to find the building was massive very wide and tall. As you started to walk towards it you noticed a few pretty strange things firstly was how empty everything seemed to be back at the sewer you were able to hear people and machines all the time so you thought you must have walked pretty far to the sewer exist to end up somewhere pretty silent. Secondly was how boarded up The Green Roof was it looked like it had been abandoned for a very long time but than after looking for awhile you saw some smoke coming out of a vent and it peaked your interest what was inside their? where is the entrance? and so you come to the steps of the building you had no idea how to get in so you started looking after a few minutes you found it a small entrance as you started approaching you starting hearing what sounded like talking not human talking but the sounds of Fluffy talking thinking that you must have found Merlin you entered and once you went inside you stopped and took a gasp for the world you have just entered.
You could barley even describe what you were seeing right infront of you. Across the massive room their seemed to be hundreds of fluffies all going about their business their were stalls of business were fluffies were selling things and others buying there were food stalls weapon and armor stalls and stalls that sold things you didnât even know the words for. And their wasnât just that their were multiple levels to this City! as you were looking in complete amazement of all that was here for all this time a earth pony stallion approached you wearing a helmet chestplate and holding some sort of pike he had a dark blue coat with bright green mane and than he started to speak to you " hewwo babbeh can âou pwease mobe awong othews maybeh wanâ to come in anâ youw bwockinâ dah paff". You flinch for a second not expecting someone to speak to you directly but eventually to decide to speak " im su sowwy mistah dis am babbehâs fiwst time beinâ in pwace wike dis say do âou know fwuffie named mewwin?" the fluffy gives you a light smile than after a few seconds gives his response " Weww den as membah of dah Gween Woof guawd wet fwuffy be dah fiwst to wewcome âou to ouw fine city just wemembah not to cause any twoubwe. Anâ foâ youw question sowwy buh guawd fwuffy know nu one named mewwin twy askinâ awound fwuffy guawd wish 'ou wuck". Feeling a little disappointed but still optimistic you and the guard wave each other goodbye and you start walking.
Across the marketplace completely amazed you saw all sorts of stalls some cooking what seemed to be fried rat where entire families were chowing down and in another you saw groups of fluffies using old scrap metal to make things like appliances weapons and armor and things you had no idea what to call them. And than you saw a stall that seemed pretty empty with only a unicorn pony mare with a bright yellow coat with a red mane so you decide to approach her hoping she might know where Merlin is âhewwo nice mawe am sowwy foâ bothewinâ âou buh babbeh was wondewinâ if 'ou knew fwuffie named mewwinâ you give a 1 second smile and a nervous chuckle." oh hewwo sweet babbeh dis mewwin 'ou seek yes? weww fwuffy nu know dis mewwin chawactah pewsonawwy fwuffy sometimes heaw owd wady benezi cuwse dis chawactah 'ou caww mewwin fwuffy suggest 'ou tawk to hew. she am onwy few stawws to fwuffyâs wite". She says this to while giving an expression that makes you think she looking deep within your soul. But after she tells you this to thank her for this information " Fank 'ou su much kind mawe 'ou hab nu idea how much dis info bwings fwuffy wewief". After you say that and begin the search for Benezi the mare speaks one last time" youw wewcome babbeh" now she is giving a deadpan cross-eyed look it creeps you out a bit but still you carry on.
After a minute of walking looking for an old mare by the name of Benezi you found a stall in the same directions the yellow mare gave you and it was not like the others it was a bit bigger than the rest of the stalls and instead of the wooden or metal frame of most stalls. It was a purple cloth tent with a small hole to enter and when you did the stench hit you like you were being rammed from your brother while roughhousing. When first walking trying not to gag you could see a few other fluffies most not that old looking like they were on another planet while occasionally eating some sort of substance and giggling. and than your eyes finally found her Benezi it had to be she was a pretty old Pegasus mare with a graying black coat and and gray mane with a hint of pink. she had the look of someone extremely wise and also with someone who took no nonsense you felt a little intimidated but eventually gained the nerve to talk to her" hewwo miss babbeh was wondewinâ if âou wewe Benezi." After she turned to see you she gave a look of shock and than immediately started to talk "What am âou doinâ hewe babbeh dis am nu pwace foâ âou get out befowe âou ow Benezi get in twoubwe" She started walk me into the direction of the exit almost instantly after she finished talking than stopped after I mentioned Merlinâs name. " Pwease wait Benezi im wookinâ foâ fwuffyâs uncwe mewwin babbeh was towd âou knew him babbeh needs his hewp!" After she stopped she looked down at me now with a look of frustration and stress in her eyes and spoke "why wouwd âou ebah wanâ to find him mewwin am cheat,wiaw,conawtist anâ dah wowstesâ empwoyee benezi ebah hiwed." I started to sniffle a little and spoke back " pwease Benezi Mewwin am dah onwy chance babbeh hab of hewpinâ Mummah anâ Famiwy Babbeh neeâ to find him." Benezi closed her eyes for a second than opened looking a lot more sympathetic and calm than spoke.
âWook 'ou seem to mean weww su Benezi wiww teww 'ou dis. If âou wanâ to find Mewwin head to dah shack wiff dah big gween sign Mewwin awways heads out theiw aww dah time.â You with a tear in your eye give her a hug and a thank you and than start heading out and than Benezi speaks to you for the last time " Befowe âou head out just wawninâ guawds nu patwow that awea that often be cawefuw pwus if âou am abwe to find him teww that bitch fwuffy am fiwed. Awso pewsonawwy benezi wishes âou gud wuck wiff youw famiwy babbeh." You wave to eachother goodbye and you are off after searching for awhile and getting to a high spot you see it a makeshift shack with a green neon sign. You begin walking slowly as time passes it gets less and less crowed and slowly darker with less maintained lights and than you finally arrive. You could hear loud music in the inside and the sound of dancing and than as you slowly approached the door griping it you heard an automated message "Wewcome to cwub gween just wemindah aftah wecent âincidentsâ that dis baw am foâ gay anâ bisexuaw stawwions onwy fank âou anâ hab nice day!" Taken aback for a moment realizing where you are and where your adventure has lead you. After a few seconds of waiting you take a deep breath grab the handle and enter. Fin
