Now see, lactose intolerance in Fluffies is an interesting avenue and just drowning Oliver in milk vomit doesn’t seem like the best coarse of action.
Raise him up properly, then start testing how sensitive his guts are by feeding him stuff like cheese or yoghurt. Make him too scared to eat anything for fear of throwing it back up again
