While I could cite the abuse comics that I first saw just a few months ago as my source of inspiration, I’d be remiss if I didn’t give credit to @draytini12 and their wonderful story Making a Monster, which was the story that inspired me to make an account here and start writing. 
And as always, If you’re seeing this, why not enter the contest yourself? While there are only a few days left, people would love to see who from the community/booru inspired you the most.

It was P3, my girlfriend who drew/colored it.
And just regular colored pencils.

It’s a shame she didn’t draw any of Firework’s herd getting destroyed, but what’s there is amazing.
I agree but I’d never ask P3 to draw real abuse.
It’s why I chose moments that were right before abuse instead.
All the pictures on the left are either right before abuse or moments that instigated it, while the right are the happier moments.
Top and bottom are just neutral.
I’m guessing that’s him in the sink, his look of concern reminds me of when his foals were being torn apart and that will keep me happy.
