I love the thought that for Racecar to honk his horn he needs to beat his head against something.
racecar can’t calculate speed. he’s too fast for it

The rules to draw Racecar are simple, only abuse and he can’t die.
Going to take a while to get used to.
In this case I can actually answer for Stwumpo.
I can confirm that Racecar is a public use fluffy with two caveats.
1: Racecar must always be miserable. He is never to be used in hugbox
and
2: Racecar cannot die. He can be tormented or harmed to any extent that does not include death.
