Equipped with twin high powerd water cannons, powerful front stomping legs and life giving water apparatus. The twin tanks have more than enough water to drown any shit rat that needs a drink, not only that but its salt water. So with the chance of drowning ita also buring wawa’s. But if the tanks run dry, fish bowl and activate his surplus water supply at the cost of draining his bowl of life giving water.
