I don’t think Q bugged anyone but the Federation.
But he would have liked fluffies. He probably would have made one super smart so humans had to see it judge their horrible Holocaust treatment of fluffies.

I’d like to see a twist where she’s essentially left with a living hell: If her babies have good colors, they are served up to be tortured to death by abusers. If she churns out any more ugly browns, then she’ll be sent to the grinder.
Getting what she wanted – pretty babies and living to see another day – at the expense of the last thing she wanted – seeing those babies torn apart and knowing it will happen over and over again.
