The Alicorn Sanctuary 1 [ by Milky ]

The Alicorn Sanctuary, laid out much like a wild life preservation, sat on a large plot of land out in the country. It was surrounded by woods in almost all sides, giving easy access to any wandering feral dams or smarty herds seeking refuge. In fact, that was by design. It was easier to have fluffies come to you rather than go out looking for them, though the occasional stop into the back alleys of a nearby town still happened when boredom struck hard enough.

Edith Anderson had established The Alicorn Sanctuary (TAS for short) a few months ago when her grandfather had finally passed away, leaving her a large some of cash to start up her dream facility.

Edith had always loved alicorns and honestly found any other fluffy to be disgusting and ugly, especially when they decided to attack “Munstah Babbehs” for no logical reason. So, Edith made it her goal in life to use her inheritance to give alicorns the love they deserved, and all others the punishment they deserved.

Currently, TAS had well over a hundred fluffies roaming around. Alicorns were allowed their freedom within the fences of TAS and could mate, breed and build families with whoever they wished. TAS wasn’t meant to bring in millions of dollars or force breed for specific results— it was just meant to allow alicorns the love and respect they deserved in a safe environment. Any other fluffy, however, was not so lucky.

It was nearing dusk on a crisp autumn evening when buzz went off in the facility. A leather hoof had found a button on the ground outside the gate door that simply had a picture of “sketties ” on it. Most ferals were smart enough to at least recognize this image and be able to correlate the button with it, hoping to received the fabled meal.

The door opened after a moment and Edith stood in the door way, looking down with a soft smile. In front of her stood a cream colored, dirt-covered mare with a bright yellow mane, her three foals nestled on her back. Her ears flickered happily at the friendly face.

“Please be nyu mummah?? Babbehs need wawm howsies and nummies!!” She cooed, turning to the side to show off her foals even more. It was then a small form was seen off to the side, weakly following its mother and cheeping desperately. His fur was more of a dense peach fizz, though a soft purple hue could be seen. Atop its head stood a tiny horn and, on its back fluttered weak wings.

Edith sighed softly, stepping aside to allow the mother in and sneakily leaning forward to scoop the foal up from its place on the ground. It cheeped only surprise, but when presented with Edith’s thumb it took to suckling desperately as it’s tiny hooves kneaded the skin.

The mare didn’t seem to notice the noise, far too bemused by her “nyu home”. The entrance to the facility was a simple entry way that branched off in either direction with long hallways and doors on either side. The door infront of them lead to the large expanse of open field, used to give alicorns a safe place to run and play without being visible to the public. They didn’t need feral herds seeing them through the gates and heckling them.

An employee dressed in a white lab coat walked by at that time, and the Alicorn chirpy was passed off to them.

“Check the foal’s health then bring it to Aurora in the nursery,” she spoke, receiving a nod. The foal almost managed a cry when the thumb was stolen away, but was quickly replaced by a pocket sized milk bottle that every employee had to keep on them at all times for such occasions. It’s suckling grew quieter as the employee headed off down one of the halls.

The mare had found the large glass door that led to the outside, giving a cheerful squee in excitement. She was about ready to ask to join the plethora of fluffies when something caught her eye— a mare and stallion walked by the door, close enough so their horns and wings were clearly visible. The mother recoiled in horror, knocking her foals off her back and giving a “MUNSTAHS!!”

As Edith expected, this fluffy had no sympathy for her precious alis.

“They’re not monsters, you fucking shitrat. They’re beautiful alicorns, but you’re far too stupid to see this…” the fluffy was picked up by her scruff angrily, crying out for help as the floor beneath her was painted brown.

Edith passed the earpiece in her ear, contacting another employee for clean up and foal extraction in the lobby.

“Since you just had to it litter, you’ll make the perfect milkbag for my angels. As for your babies? They’ll either be used as litter pals and enfie pals for my alicorns or, if they’re showing signs of smarty syndrome, they’ll be tossed to my more… aggressive stallions.”

During her little speech, a few employees had shown up to take care of things. The foals were placed on a cold metal cart, crying and chirping as it chilled their fragile skin. Edith had no sympathy, they were worthless to her. Another employee was mopping and sanitizing the previous mess, while a third was corking and gagging the mare before she could do any more damage.

All three employees went their separate ways, Edith following behind the one with the mare as they made their way to the surgery room.

This was something she always enjoyed watching— seeing an alicorn-hating mare get milkbagged and forced to feed all of the “munstah babbehs” that lived at TAS.

——————————————————

A familiar man in a white lab coat entered a brightly lit room, a small purple ball cuddled up in his hands. The pocket bottle had been finished, giving enough sustenance to sustain the chirpy until it could be placed in the nursery.

The foal was taken to a nearby counter, a soft and warm towel placed down for comfort. Before being laid down, however, it was held over a sink. It’s genitals and anus were gently massaged with a gloved finger, allowing the foal to release what little waste it had in it. It was wiped clean with a tiny towelette before laid down and wrapped up in the aforementioned towel.

A few tests were done— blood test, temperature, tiny physical— all to check the foals health and hopes of survival. It seemed okay, only a few days old so not long enough for any lasting deficiencies or damage. It was also determined to be a colt. Once it was marked for good health, the towel-covered foal was lifted and taken from the exam room and down the hall to a room marked “nursery”.

Upon entering, a cacophony of greetings filled the air, mostly from the nurse mares and talky babies. The employee gave a nod and wave, along with a few ear scratches to his favorites, before heading to the back corner of the room.

A white alicorn mare sat surrounded by chirpies, giving them warmth and comfort as they snoozed. Her mane and tail were a mix of lilac and baby blue, and her fur had an almost iridescent shine. She cooed softly at the foals, only lifting her head when she realized the man was standing there.

“Hewwo Mistah Hawe,” she greeted, soft green eyes glancing up.

“Hello, Aurora. Your mummah told me to bring you this little guy,” stated Mr. Hale as he unwrapped the chirpy and held it out to her.

Aurora sniffed at the foal before opening her mouth to gently pick it up. She skillfully maneuvered through the babies around her, like she had done this a thousand times. Aurora looked at the adjacent wall, noting all the milkbags that lined it. She approached her favorite— a soft orange earthie—and placed the foal down to feed. It immediately latched onto the teeth and suckled with all its might. The milkbag could only lull its head to the side and hum softly. This was Auroras favorite because she had since given up fighting and developed a sort of Stockholm syndrome with the foals. It made for better milk. With that settled, Aurora turned to the man and gave a nod.

“Dank ou, Mistah Hawe, Awowa wiww take cawe of him.” she stated then returned to her previous baby fluff pile and settled in. Mr. Hale nodded back then turned and left the room to finish his previous tasks.

Edith watched eagerly from the observation station of the surgery room. Though she likes to watch, she hated getting dirty and found standing behind the glass was much more enjoyable than being covered in common fluffy blood.

Within the operation room, the previous mare was laid out, legs bound tightly on straps and mouth forced open with what looks like dental clamps. The surgeon began with a rough tug of each limb, earning increased cries with each ‘pop’ as the legs separated from their sockets. When they all laid limply in their straps, a medical-grade saw was brought out and shown to the mare. Her sobbing only increased at the sight, unable to form anything but jumbled noises as her mouth wouldn’t move to let her speak.

The saw was brought down four times, removing its limb with ease. They were tossed into a nearby bin— to be ground and added into her first meal via tube— and the doctor moved on to suturing each nub and added a glob of heal gel for good measure— didn’t need foals accidentally opening the wounds in the nursery.

The next step was teeth and tongue removal. This was easier to do with their technology. The tongue was grasped with tongs, the kind you see for piercing a humans tongue, and was quickly removed with a heated scalpel. This cut and cauterized in one go. The cries and begging were entirely ignored, the doctor now able to tune it out from his many experiences.

Next, it was time for the teeth. A half ring was filled with a gooey substance and shoved into the mares mouth. Her jaw was forced closed, making the teeth sink into the substance. The taste was vile, though nothing compared to the incredible pain about to come. The jaw was forced back open and the object was removed, taking every tooth along with it as they remained stuck in the substance. A secondary ring, similar to the first, was then placed in— burning hot and cauterizing the gums quickly. This piece would remain in the mouth, the hole in the front of it being fed a long tube. The fluffy choked and gagges as it went down her esophagus and hit her stomach, new tears staining her already drenched fur. Finally, the tail was doxed and the anal and urethral catheters were placed within the mare. This seemed to be the final straw as she quickly passed out from the pain.

Edith gave a happily clap at this, rejoining the doctor in the operating room with a transportation cart. She gave a soft thank you, allowing him to load the mare up and existed the room to head down the hall.

As she walks the white corridors, she’s joined by a navy blue alicorn. The alicorn stood taller than most, wingspan rather large and muscles more toned. Her name and tail were silvery white, and her bottom was speckled with tiny yellow spots.

“Hello, Starbomb,” Edith greeted, leaning down to pet the fluffy’s head. The fluffy have a soft coo, but quickly straightened up and regained her composure.

“Hewwo, Mummah Edif,” she greeted, golden eyes moving to the passed out mare on the cart.

“Bad mummah?” She questioned, receiving a nod in reply.

“Yes, star. And just in time, too. I think we have a milkbag that needs replacing,” she spoke and Starbomb nodded in agreement. Slowly, they approached the nursery. Upon entering, Starbomb made a gentle trot over to Aurora, finding her in the same fluff pile as before. She nuzzled her nose into the blue and purple mane, huffing softly against it.

The chubby mare yawned and opened her eyes, giving a soft licky kiss to the mare. “Hewwo ‘peciaw mawe fwiend… Hewwo mummah,” she cooed, receiving a loving pet from Edith.

“Hello my sweetheart. I’m sorry to wake you, but I need to replace a milkbag and wanted to check on that new foal we brought in.” Aurora nodded and once again found herself dancing around tiny bodies. She moved to approach the milkbags, sniffing at each before falling on a bright green mare with neon pink mane. “Dis one am expiwed. Nu gib babbehs miwkies nu moar,” she announced, receiving a pet and skettie treat as a reward. The mare— who only sprung to life when she felt movement— was removed from her tubing and placed on the bottom shelf of the cart. The previous mare replaced the empty space, tubes being hooked up and restrains being connected. The mare was still passed out, probably would be for quite a while.

“Where’s the new foal, Rory?” Edith questioned, but looked down to see that Aurora had already picked it up and placed it at her feet. Bending down, the woman scooped the little foal up and looked him over, giving his chin a gentle rub. “Did Hale say anything was wrong?” She questioned, receiving a shake of the head in reply.

“Hm… alright. When this milkbag wakes up, I want this little guy to feed from her and her only. She’s been a bad mummah to him, and I’m sure he wants to try the milkies that she refused to let him have,” the woman stated as she set the foal back down on the cushioned floor.

“Otay mummah,” Aurora spoke, picking up the foal and bringing it back to the fluff pile. She gave a stretch of her stubby legs then made her way over to the high-grade kibble provided for the nurse mares to get something to eat.

“Alright, make sure all the foals have been fed, made good poopies and peepees and are in the fluff pile, then head back to your own room, okay?” She spoke, moving to grab the cart. Aurora managed an “otay mummah” between mouthfuls of food.

“Starbomb, finish your guard rounds then you can join Aurora.” She received a stern nod, watching the darker fluffy give her mate another nuzzle before heading towards the door. Her good lifted to the button on the side, giving it at push and watching it slide open. She exited the nursery then turned a corner and headed off to finish her rounds.

Edith was next to leave, taking the expired milkbag away down another hallway. The mare was young, only having stopped producing milk because her babies would be grown by now. Her next home would be the aggressive stallion room as an enfie mare— either she’d become pregnant again and returned to her milkbag duties or be enfed to death and disposed of. Edith really didn’t care either way.

As she approached a heavily locked door, she slipped in with a passcode and eye scan and approached the center of the room. Aggressive alicorn stallions surrounded the center, all in their own pens. A few other enfie mares sat in the middle, crying softly or just plain passed out. They’re were giving routine breaks from the boys to extend their use, allowing them to be fed, watered and emptied by a few dedicated workers.

With a smile, Edith removed the lime green milk mare and laid her down with the rest, noting one nearby was probably dead given the lack of movement answers puddles of vomit, feces and blood surrounding it. She clicked her earpiece once more, informing the clean up team then took the cart back towards the door.

“Okay, boys. Your night time hour starts now— need you all tuckered out for bed. Have fun!” She called, pressing a button that counted down fifteen seconds before leaving the room and locking it behind her. She caught the sound of screaming faintly as the mares were mounted and penetrated from all angles, even the dead one was getting plowed by a desperate stallion. Eh, she made a note to have him checked out tomorrow for any diseases.

With all that done, Edith placed the cart at a docking station and headed down the hall. She made her way to her fluffies personal quarters, peering in to find the two mares curled up around each other and watching something on FluffTV. The television would automatically turn off in an hour, giving them ample time for sleep.

Edith popped in to give a soft “good night”, earning two “night mummah”s then turned around and left the facility, heading to her own residence across the lot.

Kind of a bitch this one. The babies didn’t deserve punishment yet. Still it’s an intriguing concept.

Ah she’s not meant to be some saint or anything, it’s basically?? Reverse abuse where the alicorns get praised and anything that’s not an alicorn is trash to her.

I figured as much.

Thanks for reading, but if it’s so difficult to understand I’d recommend avoiding my works since I’m not entirely sure what you’re having trouble with exactly!

Gee, she is as awful as the fluffys she punishes. Except that the fluffys can’t control there defective programming…

Neat idea for a villain!

Love that she just completely writes off that one mare for no reason on one word alone, but still sees herself as justified because she’s ‘alicorn hating’!

Mmm-MMM, that’s good dissonance!

I just rlly wanted to write something morally gray. I love Edith thou, excited to show her and her fluffies more as well as some others at the facility.

Yep! She’s got a skewed moral compass !

What about mares that are not alicorns but still love their alicorn babies? Are they worth anything to her?

Its like she becomes the same monster she hates.

Just feel sad to the innocent foals ending up dead due to the sanctuary rule and beliefs

I see she doesnt care for the stallions as well, just have them like some horny monsters to the bitch mares which I dont mind , they deserved it.

as their reaction is a test see if what they think of alicorns.

Nice start if the story @Milky :+1:

Question: what is a mare or a herd came and didnt have the signs of alicornphobia, she still kill and turned them to milkbag?

They get to be nurse mares usually !!

Oh!! Okay so !! She actually does love the stallions, the ones mentioned in the first chapter are just those that are shown to be more aggressive and would be unsafe to be kept with the others. There are stallions and mares in other locations that live happily together as families and little herds, but if they show smarty signs or toughie signs they go to the specified room if they can’t be taught out of it!! There’s actually one stallion named Goliath who is coming up eventually, he’s in his very own area for same reasons.

As for the herd question, it’s really a judgment call!! If they show no alicorn phobia then the mares are usually nurse mares / allowed to raise their foals and the stallions are usually trained to be guards for the facility both outside and inside!!

Additionally, the foals from the beginning actually all get raised to be talkie babies and are tested for alicornphobia/smarty syndrome/etc. the ones with good temperament get continued care until they are sexually mature. They all tend to be tested for the alicorn gene, good coloring, etc. ones that present good coloring and the alicorn gene get to be breeders etc, and the “shit factories” or one that don’t birth alicorns get the aforementioned roles of nurse mares and guards.

Smarties, roughies, alicornphobics do actually get turned into litterpals and enfie pals tho.

And if the breeder mares/stallions produce not many alicorns and too many other types they’re retired too. Excess nonalicorns that aren’t terrible usually get sent to a shelter.

The initial threat Edith made was just that, a threat. She wanted to psychologically punish the mare, but she’s not heartless. She does not care for non alicorns and does not want them in the facility much, but she isn’t THAT much of a monster. I’m sure I’ll touch on a lot of that in future chapters, just couldn’t find a place to fit it in in this one!

Ohhh, ok thanks the info is much clearer, love to see this story go forward, curious how her alicorn shelter runs

This would be “Life in an Alicorn Sanctuary” would be focusing and it’s residents.

Im sure we will get to see some interesting things like how handling smarties and bitch mare that came.

Yes of course!! I’ve just gotta figure out what parts to focus on and for what chapters haha this is less of a linear story and more of an overall world building, though I do have a couple of plot points I wanna hit

Ok then will wait for the next chapter then patiently

“I need to replace and a milkbag and”

I think there were a few other places with an extra ‘and’, but this is the only one I found on a second pass. Didn’t see anything more serious or have any issues following the story.
