That could make an interesting story. Maybe a fluffy wants to make the owner happy so badly that it basically becomes a masochist for the abuser.
For comedy, maybe that takes all the fun away for the owner and he doesn’t want to torture it anymore, but the fluffy conflates torture with attention and love so it follows the owner around begging for punishment
