Just so everybody knows, the words Klaatu Barada Nikto originally came from The Day The Earth Stood Still (1951). They were co-opted for the movie Army of Darkness in 1992.

While I didn’t kno that the phrase was from the day the earth stood still, the phrase was first introduced earlier in the series of evil dead 1 and 2. Still interesting tidbit

Oh damn it, I have to be that guy. I don’t want to do this, but my movie buff hand wants to type this out, almost like it has a mind of it’s own. Lol. Anyway, the phrase was actually referenced only in part 3 of the franchise, Army of Darkness. I’m sorry, I didn’t not want to correct you, but I just had to. Couldn’t fight it.
