I like The Trucker story early on, and the bits with Mercury and Bowser’s herd the best. The parts in Skettiland itself are also good. I’d forgotten how long it was! How about some skettiland art to brighten it up a bit? Someone did a poster for Skettiland with a Fluffy Feris Wheel

It was HUGE. It was reflective of a time when different people within the MLP fandom had banded around the headcanons and AUs they had in mind and tried to do big projects. Fallout Equestria is one of the more famous examples (and @Vanner should know about it, he wrote a story set in Fallout Equestria) With that in mind, Fall of Cleveland remains to be the biggest complete fluffy collaboration.

Nothing else has come close. Many have attempted, but it never really went anywhere. People have tried to do their own followups to Cleveland, but it wasn’t in the same mold. I’m of the opinion that FoC got where it did because value was placed on the fluffy characters within the story and, as @meganonymous would point out, the biggest contributors to the story were mainly hugboxers and neutralboxers. I think it says something. One could argue that the collaboration could only be possible in that period of 2012 when different people in the larger MLP community were doing their own big projects, but I feel that there has to be something to that.

I mean it’s because Ginger_Fig was busy, Deathproofpony thought the collab was a bust after ponibooru shut down and Nasir6r was still new

On the bright side, @Giant_Neckbeard made an account on this website, so turning over the content back to his control would be easier, and would allow people to view the content.

That said I appreciate that @Vanner , Neckbeard and you are around and made accounts, as it allows us to turn over this content back to you, the original creators. Doing so has allowed the public to see the content again, aside from the Imgur, and it also hopefully gives a new lease of life on FoC. I am hoping that Coalheart and Marcusmaximus will consider joining this site soon (I know Marc has been busy especially with his webcomic) and the biggest mystery right now is where Mayclore and PhilSrobeighn are.

Phil left the fandom when the Cleveland project was completed. He knew the project was his swan song and final gift to fluffy pony. From what he revealed about himself, he was married and was already well along into his professional career, so I have no doubt he’s doing well for himself, but I’d be amazed if you were able to find him.

As for Mayclore, I wish I knew myself what he was up to. Absolutely phenomenal writer, wonderful person to work with.
