I favor Foal Jerky: it makes a good snack.
If done correctly, the liver of an earthie paired with onions is delicious.
There is also the Classic Foal-Burger, it is fricken delicious with bacon and jalapenos.

What if you gathered a bunch of foals chop off their legs and do like a stew.
And when your done with the stew take the foals and your done you could make like a tuna salad but foal bits.
Oh and foal sushi, wonder if that tastes good?
